MY STORY

I'm a professional coach, facilitator, trainer, lecturer, and media executive, with over two decades experience leading, coaching, and facilitating teams in the commercial radio and public broadcasting industry in Australia and South-East Asia. I’ve coached high profile leaders and media talent by creating an environment built around honesty and fairness, while highlighting that people have within them what it takes to succeed. I’m passionate about partnering with you to help make you the best you can be, develop an understanding of who you are, and what benefits professional coaching and facilitation will bring you and/or your team.

My work as a senior leader in a variety of commercial media and public broadcasting companies over the last 25 years has allowed me to develop strong learning and development, coaching and facilitation experience that's easily transferred to any industry. I’ve worked with many companies in South-East Asia allowing me to adapt to a variety of situations and provide the best possible outcomes for both individuals and organisations. I’ve also developed a solid reputation of being a successful coach, trainer, and facilitator, who is much in demand.

My qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Master of Business Administration with a focus on strategic management and organisational change, a Diploma of Leadership Coaching, and membership of the International Coaching Federation. I'm also an Accredited DISC Advanced® Consultant, offering behaviour assessment consultancy that will improve individual and team performance.  In February 2022 I received my Advanced Group Facilitation qualification from the Groupwork Centre, expanding on my already strong facilitation skills. More recently I became a Fierce Conversations Facilitator, accredited to deliver the full range of Fierce Conversations modules.  I'm currently studying Learning Design at the University of Technology Sydney.

As of July 2024, I'm taken on a new role as Learning and Development Manager for the Certis Group, overseeing the training and development of all airport security screening officers at Sydney Airport. This opportunity allows me to bring my decades of senior leadership, L&D, and coaching experience to a new industry.

Outside of work, I’m a husband, keen traveler, licensed pilot, accredited cricket umpire, volunteer, and member of Mensa Australia.
